Cure Ulcerative Colitis

I don't know if most of the posts here on UC are from folks who actually have IBS or have self-diagnosed because most of this info will actually HURT UC SUFFERERS not help them. I was diagnosed with UC in 1998 through colonoscopy and biopsy, and then again in 02, and 04 follow-ups. My worst was 40cm up from rectum. At one point I lost 3 pints of blood with a hematocrit of 28.

I've kept a food diary since 1999, every single day of my life, every item I ingest and my bowel responses. AVOID FOODS:-Flour and sugar combos like cookies, cakes, etc. APPROVED LIST FOODS:These items work for me and help me control the UC. View topic - "Active" B12. Does this make any sense??? Hi, I had a H.pylori test when I had my Endescopy, it came back clear.

I probably overindulge in natural salt too much going completely against the 'guidelines' I parted company with Anti acids over a year ago as they stopped helping me and wouldn't touch them now for obvious reasons. I did take far too many of them over many years as I had suffered with burning indigestion and what my family always called a 'nervous tummy'. Probably overdo the carbs occasionally but not on a regular basis. I still think that my problem stems from lack of Parietal Cells and IF. Autoimmune hemolytic anemia. Autoimmune hemolytic anemia (or autoimmune haemolytic anaemia; AIHA) occurs when antibodies directed against the person's own red blood cells (RBCs) cause them to burst (lyse), leading to insufficient plasma concentration.

Autoimmune hemolytic anemia

The lifetime of the RBCs is reduced from the normal 100–120 days to just a few days in serious cases.[1][2] The intracellular components of the RBCs are released into the circulating blood and into tissues, leading to some of the characteristic symptoms of this condition. The antibodies are usually directed against high-incidence antigens, therefore they also commonly act on allogenic RBCs (RBCs originating from outside the person themselves, e.g. in the case of a blood transfusion)[3] AIHA is a relatively rare condition, affecting one to three people per 100,000 per year.[4] The terminology used in this disease is somewhat ambiguous.

Classification[edit] Causes[edit] The causes of AIHA are poorly understood. Digestive enzyme. Digestive enzymes are classified based on their target substrates: proteases and peptidases split proteins into small peptides and amino acids.lipases split fat into three fatty acids and a glycerol molecule.carbohydrases split carbohydrates such as starch and sugars into simple sugars such as glucose.nucleases split nucleic acids into nucleotides.

Digestive enzyme

In the human digestive system, the main sites of digestion are the oral cavity, the stomach, and the small intestine. Digestive enzymes are secreted by different exocrine glands including: Salivary glandsSecretory cells in the stomachSecretory cells in the pancreasSecretory glands in the small intestine Mouth[edit] Complex food substances that are taken by animals and humans must be broken down into simple, soluble, and diffusible substances before they can be absorbed. Of note is the diversity of the salivary glands. Serous glands: These glands produce a secretion rich in water, electrolytes, and enzymes. Inflammatory bowel disease. Classification[edit] The main forms of IBD are Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis (UC).

Inflammatory bowel disease

Inflammatory bowel diseases are considered autoimmune diseases, in which the body's own immune system attacks elements of the digestive system.[4] Accounting for far fewer cases are other forms of IBD, which are not always classified as typical IBD: Finally, Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis present with extra-intestinal manifestations (such as liver problems, arthritis, skin manifestations and eye problems) in different proportions.

Rarely, a definitive diagnosis neither of Crohn's disease nor of ulcerative colitis can be made because of idiosyncrasies in the presentation. Spectracell: Legit or Fake? - Page 2. Hello, I have had micronutrient testing done by (first) Spectracell and then Genova Diagnostics.

I was not a healthy person at the time In fact, I was very seriously ill. I'd felt for years - decades, that I didn't absorb nutrients properly. I can't tell you how many doctors dismissed or even snickered at this idea. After all, my standard blood panels were close to perfect, every time. I developed migraines, then hypothyroid and then atrial fibrillation, which got so bad one doctor sent me to the er every time I saw her, and a long time ER nurse told me she'd never seen anyone with my (usual) EKG be responsive, let alone ambulatory. Because most of my relatives on my father's side have the same conditions I have, and the older members have had dementia, I pursued the likelyhood that my family carried a gene that blocks absorption of nutrients, and especially minerals.
