Jessie Rosenblum launched her app, hAPPy Family, just a few weeks ago. "At the pool, my kids always want treats, but the snack bar is full of junk," says Rosenblum, 40. It was a great system, and it soon evolved into reinforcing other desirable behaviors, such as helping out around the house or not throwing a tantrum, but there was a problem: Rosenblum didn't always have marbles with her, and she couldn't always remember how many each child had earned.
