If you go about your workouts in the wrong manner you could in fact just end up losing lean muscle mass, rather than building it up. The following workout program has been designed to be performed four days per week, breaking the workouts up into upper and lower body sessions.

40 minutes est ( trop ) souvent le temps annoncé, par pur stérotype, ou mieux encore, juste parce que ce chiffre a été entendu autre part sur le forum ou ailleurs. En fait on le répète... L'inconvénient est que ce chiffre avancé pour perdre de la graisse est de la pure fiction, on ne commence pas à taper dans le gras au bout de 40min...
