Currently I am an Assistant Professor in Family and Consumer Sciences Education at Texas Tech University. I love my job! I have taught at the secondary level for 22 years and five years at the college level. I'm a teacher educator for Family and Consumer Sciences teachers. I have had the opportunity to travel to Switzerland, Russia, Egypt, Ireland, Australia, Canada, and Malta for FCS and have made many international friends. I have four wonderful children, one awesome grandson, a supportive husband, two loving dogs and five beautiful horses. I have been blessed in many ways!!!
