Problème à résoudre Vous devez concevoir un buffet sur le thème de «New-York». Vous ne disposez que des ingrédients qu’il y a chez lui et de très peu de matériel. Il s’agit d’un buffet, les convives doivent pourvoir manger debout et avec les doigts.

Whilst eating is a basic need for people, it is also part of our culture and thus linked to rituals and human interaction. Gruijters wants to positively contribute to our eating culture and as such designs innovative food products, like flower candies, edible plates and lace chocolate tiles. Ruim 5 weken lang is van álle soorten voedsel geproefd. Of het nu de gehaktballen waren bij de eerste editie van RotterdamseKost of ijs met vleessmaak in het Future Food House. Met een uitgebreide programmering en meer dan 100 aanhakende horecaondernemingen en winkels trok de manifestatie ruim 80.000 bezoekers. Het publiek waardeert het festival met een acht. Koken voor alle monden Middelpunt van het festival was het Future Food House in het Museumpark, waar menig kok zijn keukengeheimen deelde en waar bezoekers ook een beeld kregen van ons eten in de toekomst.
