Formée aux arts plastiques, au cirque et à la marionnette à l'École Nationale Supérieure des Arts de la Marionnette de Charleville-Mézières (diplômée en 2005), Élise Vigneron axe son travail sur les formes transversales.
Elle collabore avec Hédi Tillette de Clermont-Tonnerre et Edy Pallaro (auteurs de théâtre), Gang Peng (chorégraphe), Pascal Charrier et Émilie Lesbros (musiciens), Stéphanie Farison (comédienne). Elle rejoint la compagnie du Théâtre de Nuit (Direction Aurélie Morin) sur les spectacles Perpetuum Mobile, Mystoires et La Loba. Nourrie par ces expériences multiples, elle crée la compagnie du THÉÂTRE DE L'ENTROUVERT en 2008. Sa démarche s’inscrit aussitôt dans un désir de proposer des formes innovantes et pluridisciplinaires qui explorent des territoires inconnus.

Potential Hodder Fellows are writers, composers, choreographers, visual artists, performance artists, or other kinds of artists or humanists who have "much more than ordinary intellectual and literary gifts"; they are selected more "for promise than for performance. " Given the strength of the applicant pool, most successful Fellows have published a first book or have similar achievements in their own fields; the Hodder is designed to provide Fellows with the "studious leisure" to undertake significant new work. Taking the tidal landscape of Terschelling as our inspiration, Oerol is focusing on new forms of location-specific theatre – sometimes in its pure form, and sometimes interacting with dance, the visual arts, design, landscape architecture, new media, music and performance.
Each year, Oerol puts together a programme made up of approximately 40 theatrical productions, 20 ‘Expedition’ projects and dozens of concerts and performances in the streets of Midsland and West Terschelling. Since 2013 the general theme is Sense of Place. In addition, we play a significant role in the development of young makers through the workshop programme Atelier Oerol / Over het IJ.
