Comment faire un œuf de Pâques en chocolat ? L’année dernière, j’étais au point de me lancer en découvrant un article du magazine Cocooning (hélas disparu) dans lequel Patrice Chapon donnait des conseils pratiques pour faire un œuf de Pâques en chocolat, avec des photos illustrant un pas à pas. Malheureusement, je n’avais pas de moules ni le temps d’aller en acheter. Je me suis consolée en faisant ces fritures. Il y a quelques semaines, j’ai fini par mettre mon projet à exécution et, comble de l’ironie, non pas à la maison mais chez Patrice Chapon lui-même et sous ses directives, juste avant la visite de sa manufacture de chocolat).
