The New York Public Library (NYPL) has 92 locations throughout the Bronx, Staten Island and Manhattan, 12,000 devices and a staff of 85 IT professionals. Aboyoun sees a bright future for libraries, but one that'll be different than the previous role. The future library will be more of a community hub that'll connect its customers by and to technology.
