JOHNSTOWN, Ohio, Aug. 16, 2013 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- careddi is pleased to announce the launch of the 1500-1L Benchtop CO2 Extraction System http://www.careddi.com/brc/66.htm. The new technology uses approximately 2 pounds of carbon dioxide, runs on 110 volts, is closed loop (recovers CO2 after use) and is fully automated. This 1500-1L is the first of its kind on the market and requires no operator input or supervision other than filling the extractor with plant material, pressing the start button and removing the extracted oil. 1500-1L builds on the successful 1500-1LV platform and is designed to operate in light commercial environments with minimal power requirements. The system comes with its own electric high pressure CO2 pump and temperature control unit, both designed to operate on a standard 110 volt circuit. 1500-1L Benchtop uses Valveless Expansion Technology (VET), also developed by careddi. stream, which has no contraction and no discharge valve to clog the system during operation
