Peanut Butter Balls Recipe #1 1 cup oats 1/2 cup Honey 1/2 cup Peanut Butter 1 Cup powdered milk 1/4 cup ground flax (optional) chocolate chips (optional) Mix Together and roll into balls Recipe #2 1 cup honey 1 cup peanut butter 3 cups oats 1/2 cup ground flax seeds any combination of chocolate chips, nuts, or dried fruit Mix all ingredients together and roll into balls. Chill to prevent stickiness. And of course the recipe that won me $5000 from California Raisins !!
Valerie discovered this Paleo Banana-Nut bread the other day and we’ve already made it twice this week. It is A-MA-ZING. And it’s really easy to make. All you need is: Almond Meal (1 cup) Coconut Flakes (1/4 cup) Baking Soda (1/2 tsp) Baking Powder (1/2 tsp) Bananas (3 small-medium, ripe, mashed) Natural Maple Syrup (1 tsp) Cinnamon (2 tsp) Eggs (2, omega 3 enriched if possible) Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp) Walnuts (1 cup chopped/crumbled) Serves 4.
