College of Professional Psychology COPP. Refworks. RefWorks is web-based bibliographic management program that allows you to create your own personal database of references. You can automatically import references from a search performed in an online database or enter references manually. RefWorks allows you to format your references for assignments in a variety of citation (output) styles making referencing and citations a lot simpler and saving you time. Access to RefWorks is provided to all UWS staff and students. You need to sign up for an individual account when you first access RefWorks, and use this account each time. Please record your personal username and password as they are required whenever you access RefWorks.

If you wish to format a bibliography and cite references in your assignments, a small software download onto your personal computer called ‘Write and Cite' is required from the ‘Tools’ tab in your RefWorks account.
