There is a ton of interest in RedHen and a few larger nonprofits as well as a handful of larger Drupal shops interested in leveraging RedHen on large-scale Drupal-CRM projects. It's great to see RedHen gain traction and ThinkShout is very interested in supporting other developers who seek to contribute to the project. The RedHen CRM community and code base would obviously benefit from these larger build-outs.

I'm working real hard here to make a clever connection to RedHen, the leading native Drupal CRM, and the only one named after a bird! RedHen CRM. RedHen CRM. Under the Hood of RedHen CRM | ThinkShout. RedHen CRM is one of many great stories featured in the Linux Journal's recent Drupal special addition. RedHen just laid a beta3 release and the ThinkShout team will be at the Pacific Northwest Drupal Summit if anyone wants to connect. This is the 5th in a series of articles exploring RedHen, ThinkShout's native Drupal 7 CRM platform.
ThinkShout initially designed RedHen CRM around the complex association management (AMS) needs of nonprofits and trade associations. These association management requirements go well beyond the standard needs of most CRM/CMS solutions. However, in building an abstract tool with these needs at the forefront, our goal has been to future proof RedHen CRM as much as possible to ensure that its architecture can accommodate a wide variety of use cases. RedHen CRM is similar to Drupal Commerce in its modular structure. In the future, ThinkShout is likely to release RedHen "Features" or "Apps" that provide prepackaged CRM solutions for different use cases.
RedHen CRM Demo. RedHen CRM. RedHen is a Drupal-native CRM initially designed for common nonprofit needs, but built for flexibility. It has classic CRM functionality for managing information about contacts, organizations, and their relationships between each other and your organization (like memberships). It also knows some modern tricks (like engagement tracking) and customizable one page donation forms, and stuff you'd hope for in a website-integrated CRM (like event registration integration).
Although it's a fully-functional self-contained lightweight CRM, RedHen is also designed to be an ideal integration point to enterprise CRM solutions like Salesforce or Blackbaud. Salesforce integration with RedHen is a specific focus of this project, and RedHen is created and maintained by ThinkShout, who also wrote the latest version of the Salesforce module.
