If you the user doesn't really know or understand what the issue is how is some piece of software going to? I don't mean to insult anyone but I've never seen one of these apps help, actually the outcome can sometimes make things worse depending on how bold the application functions are (registry changes etc).
I can't offer a fix all application nor is there one. I realize that not all users can see what I see or even know what to look for but I still would never recommend using one of these fix all type programs.
