Renato Seixas nació en Oporto en 1975 donde creció con las máquinas voladoras de Miyazaki en los episodios de Conan, El Niño del Futuro. Estas despertaron en él la pasión y la magia por el universo visual animado y sonoro. Licenciado por la "Escola Superior de Artes e Design", Oporto, inicia su carrera como diseñador gráfico por distintos estudios, hasta el año 2000 en él que decide lanzarse por su cuenta. En 2002, crea el estudio virtual FireGirl (www.firegirl.co.pt) con Nuno Baldaia, donde sigue publicando sus creaciones. Una recopilación de sueños, imágenes, sonidos, memorias, mundos reales e imaginarios; narrativas que se mezclan y se funden entre sí. Su trabajo como diseñador ha sido publicado en diversas revistas y libros: IdN Magazine, Communication Arts, Tres Logos – Die Gestalten Verlag, Around Europe Logos / Publisher – Index Book, Spoor, Atomica, Search, Número, entre otros, dándole notoriedad y una proyección internacional. Así llega a Madrid, en 2007, de la mano del estudio Tau Design (www.taudesign.com), como diseñador gráfico, sin olvidar en paralelo sus proyectos de diseño con su marca propia FireGirl. La interacción con sus personajes, robots y heroes sigue viva, animándoles constantemente con un soplo de aire fresco en su "arca de FireGirl". En 2008 nace MAD_B (MásAlláDel_Bajón): proyecto experimental sonoro; un contenedor regulador de sensaciones donde reúne sus texturas sónicas, ritmos digitales y loops electrónicos maquinales. Va creando bandas sonoras para obras escénicas, realizando sesiones de DJ/VJ e improvisaciones sonoras en directo como labor de investigación. En 2012, pedalea junto a Rafael García como un tándem creativo R1R2 (www.r1r2.es), barajando e intercambiando sensaciones de diseño, comunicación y escaparatismo. En marzo, tras dejar el estudio Tau Design, Renato Seixas convierte su proprio nombre en la página web www.renatoseixas.com, una marca oficial de diseño donde expone más de 10 años de experiencia en el mundo creativo.
