Ye Olde Commons
Ye Olde Commons is a facility dedicated to providing a camp site with a medieval flair. The site is used for many different gatherings, including LARP camps, faires, re-enactments, and receptions. With amenities to support events year-round, it is a place where New England LARPs can feel at home.
It's a very exciting time for LIONE. As the first chapter of End of Seasons comes to a close, there are a number of transitions within the organization. The first is that a new game is being set up to launch in 2011. This game will run a total of 5 events a year, and continue the tale of the world of End of Seasons. The second is a business related one. We're re-branding ourselves as a non-profit corporation.

The Kingdom of Baronia is looking for the brave, the bold, and the not-so-faint of heart. The Good King Henry XXI has made it known that he is reopening the woodlands on the outskirts of the kingdom. The King has forged the foundation of a town for those heroic and noble individuals that will take on the challenge for crown and country and reclaim some of the land that was lost centuries ago.

I loved the overall plot for this game. The cast did a great job keeping it a secret. All the wierd stuff happening all day and night was a great idea for a weekend and led to some interesting situations. I had a blast! You plot writers must have been having a lot of fun during the winter! The ice cave was awesome.
Our Fall 2010 season has come to a close. Many thanks to those who have helped us along the way in many ways. Without all of you we could not make this happen.

From Interstate 91: Take I-91 to Exit 19 in Massachusetts (Northampton/Amherst exit). Get on Route 9 West and go (through Northampton) for about 8 miles. In Williamsburg, turn left onto Route 143. In 4.1 miles, the camp road will be on your right. Drive up that road and park in the large dirt lot that will come shortly up on your right (after the Camp Office driveway).

Terres Rising is a live action role playing game set in a medieval-style fantasy world known as Ashriya. The star Terres rises in the sky approximately 4 or 5 times a year and it is well known that great events occur at these times. The time of Terres Rising is when we gather to witness the events that occur in the town of Crossroads, in the world of Ashriya.

Camp Carathir is an all-inclusive destination camp for all ages, with week-long sessions catering to adults, older teens, and families. Camp life is a cooperative and self-sustaining community, reminiscent of a medieval village. We combine aspects of a Renaissance Faire, destination resort, summer camp, and live action role playing (LARP) event.
