Being a co-op means that our business will be voluntary, open, democratic, and engaged in community participation and education. The founding members are Jarrett Man, Susanna Harro, Amanda Barnett, and Dave DiLorenzo. We have joined up with the Valley Alliance of Worker Cooperatives (VAWC), a local association of cooperatively-run businesses in the Pioneer Valley of Western MA, and they're helping us get started on this new path. We are one of the first farms in MA and in the country to formally incorporate as a co-op. We are very excited about these new developments, and we hope you are too!
