A Taste of Peru - Gourmet Tours of Peru. After breakfast we will head to Pachacamac Ruins, situated south of Lima. Pachacamac sanctuary dates back to 200 a.c. and is related to the origins of Lima culture. Then we will visit a Peruvian Horse ranch, where we will see the demonstration of this unique horse. The Peruvian Paso is a breed descended from Berber´s, Spanish jennet and Andalusian horses. Afterwards, you will have a Ceviche Demonstration Class with Cucho La Rosa , ceviche master chef, at his restaurant which is located in a colonial “hacienda” named Casa Blanca.

Cucho, is not only a great cook but also one of the pioneers in developing “Novo Andina” cuisine.
