Quarterly Median Home Prices- Ada/Canyon County Home prices continued upward during the 3rd quarter in both Ada & Canyon counties. Ada County's median existing home price rose only 1.36% from the previous quarter. Canyon County's median rose a nice steady 4% for the quarter, an almost identical increase to the previous quarter.
