This is my first rough draft of the "Three Phase Scoring System" to better accommodate the present state of MMA. Scoring aggression and defense as separate elements is eliminated because they are both individual constituents that make up effective offense. Raw aggression is too often mistaken as "effective aggression", and being effectively defensive is a minuscule but important facet of effective offense.
