Quinoa ... we seriously can't get enough of this stuff! It's protein packed, rich in fiber, gluten free, super heart healthy & takes on the flavor of anything you serve it with. Not to mention, super easy to make! Simply boil 2 parts water to one part quinoa and let simmer for about 15 minutes (double check package directions for timing!). Enjoy… I was walking down an alley in the village of Monterosso when this amazing smell came my way. She began to tell me the simple way she makes her sauce. Start with 10 to 12 fresh plum tomatoes. Add all the cloves (peeled) from one head of garlic to the roasting pan. Dice 2 large shallots and add it to the roasting pan.
