This Java applet allows you to select and view images of 2-dimensional slices of a human body, using processed data from the Visible Human Project of the U.S. National Library of Medicine . This is version 2 of the NPAC/OLDA Visible Human Viewer, which has a number of enhancements over version 1 . Some mirror sites are available. Choose the one that is closest to you in order to speed up downloading of the images. Some MPEG movies of Visible Human images are now available.
