Noted JFK researcher and co-founder of the Coalition on Political Assassinations (COPA), John Judge, is interviewed by mainstream journalist Molly Redden. Redden does a lot of work for New Republic but this article, Stirring the Plot, appears on the Washington City (DC) Paper's website. The only redeeming part of the article is mentioning Judge's work on his project to found the Museum of Hidden History. And herein lies the problem we have presenting our information to these mainstream writers. Unfortunately, it doesn't help matters much to show a picture of John Judge looking completely demented. Redden's article has an awkward vibe to it.
These mainstream writers like Redden know how radioactive conspiracy thought is and how damaging it could be to a journalist's reputation to trek down that particular rabbit trail. Seeborg’s 17-page decision dismissed three counts of the foundation’s lawsuit while rejecting Justice Department motions to dismiss three others.
The ruling means the foundation’s lawyers can litigate for —immediate disclosure of all records generate by the Senate’s Church Committee and the House Select Committee on Assassination; —a federal investigation of the Secret Service’s destruction of JFK files in 1995; and —overhaul of the Archives’ dysfunctional finding aid to the JFK Records Collection. The Foundation is the only organization fighting Biden’s June 30 edict on JFK Records and its reliance on an ill-named CIA “Transparency Plan.”

After President Biden’s June 30 announcement on JFK files, reporters have been calling the Mary Ferrell Foundation asking for basic some basic information. The foundation, which hosts the largest collection of JFK assassination records on the internet, sued Biden and the National Archives last October for failure to enforce the JFK Act. In the case of the murdered president, the documented misrepresentations of the CIA have evidentiary value. The 1964 Warren Commission report assured the public that the CIA had cooperated fully in its investigation. In 2013, in-house historian David Robarge admitted what JFK skeptics had been saying for decades: In fact, the Agency had not cooperated with the Commission’s investigation.

Schlesinger, a Harvard history professor, warned about the CIA’s “encroachment on the policy-making functions.” He laid out a practical case for breaking up the power of the spy service so that a single entity did not have sole power over both intelligence collection and analysis. Sixty years later, the CIA is still censoring more than a page of Schlesinger’s memo on “CIA Reorganization” with the justification that disclosure would harm U.S. national security in 2023.

The declassification of the latest JFK files continues to produce revelatory information. I’m referring to thousands of records released under President Biden’s memo of December 15, 2022, most recently on May 12. Among the records unearthed in the past six months are: The Heath Memo, a 1977 missive from a CIA insider that shows the Agency’s Miami station conducted an investigation of JFK’s assassination in south Florida in 1964. The results were never shared with investigators, Congress, or the public.
This 1976 CIA memo matters because it identifies no less than 39 CIA employees who had contact with the Warren Commission. The document also identifies nine officials who had daily contact with the Commission as it investigated JFK’s murder in 1964. The news is two-fold. The significance?
