The UK Digital Assistant role reports to the VP Digital. The role is responsible for providing administrative and organisational support to the VP Digital and the digital team. Key responsibilities of the Digital assistant role include: - Arranging relevant interdepartmental meetings - Co-ordinating website editorial and content. - Reporting key statistics and trends to label and management. - Working with Digital Media Managers to create campaign plans - Help to project manage tools and asserts throughout campaigns - Highlighting innovative ideas undertaken internally and researching external competitor activity. - Creation/coordination of weekly metrics report for the label. - Coordinate external PR agencies with regard to strategy, reporting and assets. - Help to manage appointment diary for VP Digital.
