KUNSTHAUS [ english ] Das Kunsthaus Tacheles ist ein selbstbestimmtes, kollektives Kunst- und Veranstaltungszentrum in der Oranienburger Straße im Berliner Ortsteil Mitte. Es nutzt ein vor dem Abriss gerettetes Gebäude eines ehemaligen Kaufhauses. Das Kunsthaus Tacheles ist ein offenes Haus. Jenseits von Marktkonjunkturen wird hier in öffentlichen und selbstverwalteten Räumen und Freiflächen die Auseinandersetzung mit zeitgenössischer Kunst und globalen Prozessen in Politik und Wirtschaft gesucht, werden künstlerische Arbeits- und Lebensweisen ausprobiert, mediale Formate geprüft, erweitert und gesprengt. Das Tacheles ermöglicht Künstlern mit eigenen Arbeits-, Ausstellungs- und Performancemöglichkeiten künstlerisch freies Arbeiten und Ausstellen – ein kritisches Pendant zum Kunstmarktboom in Berlin-Mitte.
Rund 100 KÜNSTLER aus aller Welt arbeiten derzeit auf dem Tacheles-Gelände und in den Ateliers im Haus. ANNO AUGUST JAGDFELD hat in den fünf neuen Ländern investiert. Haus der Technik. (La fin d'un règne - Tacheles 4 : le squat a vendu son âme)

Eastern areas of the city that suffered under the old Communist regime have been revitalised, and have become the cool places to be. Many of Berlin’s most interesting attractions are in the eastern part of the city or around where the wall used to run. And we’ve picked out 10 of the best things to see and do in Berlin… #1 – The East Side Gallery Perhaps the most famous stretch of the Berlin Wall, the East Side Gallery was left standing and painted over by graffiti artists after the rest of the wall was pulled down. Walking along a preserved section of the Berlin Wall #2 – Berlin Wall History Mile Bernauerstrasse was split between east and west by the wall, which ran straight down it. . #3 – Kunsthaus Tacheles When the wall was pulled down, buildings in many areas around it became squats.

On m'a ainsi bombardée de "Il ne faut pas manquer ça", "C'est génial", "C'est un autre monde", qui m'inspiraient seulement une réflexion : tu verras bien quand tu y seras.
Le mouvement que l'on a coutume de désigner sous le sobriquet de contre-culture ne date pas d'hier : déjà dans les années 80 des poches contestataires s'étaient constituées ça et là, et regroupées dans des immeubles. La réunification a redonné de l'énergie à ces courants alternatifs, dont certains ont investi de vieux immeubles de l'ex-RDA.
Le Tacheles (Spree für alle) est l'un d'eux. L'entrée est discrète, on pénètre librement dans une grande cour où un bar improvisé partage l'espace avec des zones d'exposition de sculptures métalliques et quelques épaves de véhicules.
