Dr. Susanne Gaensheimer, Direktorin des MMK, ist von Dr. Guido Westerwelle, Bundesminister des Auswärtigen, erneut zur Kuratorin des Deutschen Pavillons für die 55. Biennale di Venezia 2013 berufen worden.Die große Ausstellung aus dem Centre Pompidou Paris zeigt über 140 Gemälde, Fotografien, Stiche, Zeichnungen, Skulpturen und Filme, die in Deutschland zum Teil noch nie zuvor zu sehen waren.
