Je suis bien loin d’être un expert en pensée systémique mais j’ai trouvé que l’article de Michel D. Taylor sur PMHut donne à réfléchir et fournit un cadre structuré à cette réflexion avec les 4Cs et la prise en compte des influences culturelles et politiques. La plupart des chefs de projet ont tendance à penser seulement de manière conventionnelle en manageant les projets. Cela signifie qu’ils partent d’un objectif donné pour le projet, planifient le projet afin d’atteindre ce but, exécutent ensuite le plan pour arriver à l’objectif du projet.

La liste est relativement complète et regroupe l es différents liens en rapports avec ces personnes, Blogs, Twitter, etc… J’ai parcourus quelques blogs et me suis mis à suivre les comptes twitter de ces personnes.
Une assez bonne synthèse des tendances en management de projets, qui confirment les besoins d'agilité et de convergence nécessaire entre les modes traditionnels "cascade" et les modes "itératifs" plus flexibles et réducteurs de risques.
