This week I spent some time trolling the web for insights into instructional applications of this new technology. I found a number of interesting sites, sources, and videos demonstrating applications and prototypes. Wikipedia defines Augmented Reality (AR) as, “a live, direct or indirect, view of a physical, real-world environment whose elements are augmented by computer-generated sensory input such as sound, video, graphics or GPS data”.
