Doing an informal poll of our girlfriends, we found out that the number one concern is that dreaded tummy bloat. From past experience, we know that to get that flat belly and lose the bloat, we have to do low carb. Ugh. So, we started looking into fun Atkins recipes, and trying to get a game plan together and kept stumbling upon the paleo diet and seeing all these gorgeous meals and treats on Pinterest.
