The thing that amazes me most when it comes to what is supposedly "news and content curation" on platforms like Scoop.it, is that some of the most popular and trafficked channels have nothing to do with curating a topic for a specific audience. Why? Because if you look at the supposed "curation" done on these channels, it is nothing but simple and often very superficial picking and unrestrained sharing of links with absolutely no concern for checking, verifying or let alone reading what is being posted. This is how I long lost trust for many such curators. Cette étude porte sur la validation des compétences numériques acquises par les usagers des Espaces Publics Numériques, à travers des dispositifs de certification comme le Passeport Internet et Multimédia (PIM), le Brevet Informatique et Internet pour les adultes (B2i Adultes) ou d’autres dispositifs régionaux. Après une phase d’expérimentation lancée en 2008 par le Ministère de l’Education Nationale, une circulaire - publiée le 27 mai 2010 au bulletin officiel - définit les modalités de mise en œuvre du nouveau brevet informatique et internet pour les adultes (B2i® adultes). En Juin 2010, au nom de l’association Créatif, Michel Briand et Yannick Landais ont rencontré Benoît Labrousse, du cabinet de Luc Chatel, Ministre de l’Education Nationale, pour repositionner les EPN dans le processus de passation et de validation du B2i Adultes. Les propositions faites par Créatif seront approfondies afin de proposer des pistes de travail pour les EPN, les collectivités et le Ministère.
