A: In the grid, energies spiral up the first two lanes, then down the next two, and so forth. If you are familiar with DNA, you may notice that this is the same pattern as that of DNA's double helix. The energy flows up the MAGIC and FORM lanes, then down the PATH and OPENING lanes; then up the HEALING and TRANSFORM lanes and down the FORCE and FOOD lanes.
