Depuis Jean Dubuffet et l’invention du concept d’art brut en 1945, la place de l’artiste « hors norme » socialement ou psychiquement n’a cessé d’évoluer. L’association EgArt aide à faire reconnaître par le milieu artistique, sur la seule base de leur création, des artistes souffrant de handicap mental ou psychique.
