TweenMaker isn't exactly brand new. It started as a University Project, but is now licensed to Elecorn LLC.The current version is up to 1.2, but we only just heard about it. TweenMaker is a layer based animation tool with the usual drawing tools, layers and a camera that you can zoom and pan across the stage. In addition it also has a special function called Auto-tweening that can save you hours of drawing time once you get used to it.
