Blog. The concept of Agility has largely outgrown the start-up ecosystem to become a pervasive concept in the Enterprise. Regardless of the size of the company, we all have been on a project that craved for more speed, flexibility, and reactivity. The key idea behind Agility is to take smaller iterative steps, and continuously re-evaluate the path to the desired goal, based on tangible data and feedback. So instead of trying to craft the perfect specifications once and for all, along with the ideal Gantt chart and team assignments, the Agile approach takes into account the natural variability of real life projects: unexpected things pop up, priorities change, and sometimes even the goals change. Agility is conquering the whole Enterprise, and Lean Startup groups now flourish all over the word. At LiveMinutes, we believe the next space to be disrupted is collaboration.
