How to make a simple yet beautiful Christmas tree. How To Style Maiden Braids. Last month I did a makeover story with Kelsie and had many requests for a maiden braid tutorial. Yesterday she came in and we photographed these simple step by steps. Kelsie has extremely long and thick hair, but anyone with shoulder length or longer can do these braids (see my photo below for an example). Steps 1-2: Braid two strands on each side of a center part. Steps 3-5: Wrap braids around the crown of your head and pin in place with one pin each. Step 6: Arrange braids so that they cover the front of your head like a headband. Pin into place more securely until you feel comfortable. Steps 7-8: Pull the rest of the hair into a ponytail and pin it into a cute messy bun. Step 9: Add final pins and spray.
10 World Map Decorating Ideas - @JetpacApp. Design Seeds®: For All Who Love Color. Turn A DVD Case Into A Useful Craft. I don’t know about you but I have lots of empty dvd cases. With the nifty dvd albums that you can buy to save on space, the dvd containers are left to collect dust. I would love to be able to put these to a fun and crafty use. The wheels are starting to turn in my head right now and I challenge you to think up some ideas too. The only rule is that the craft project has to contain at least one dvd case. The theme does not have to be rustic. Recycling is the issue here. Submit your craft project on my submissions page or send me a link to a project on your blog that you would like me to feature at renee.rustic.crafts@gmail.com Once I write a feature or publish your submission, the post will show up here and will run on the home page for approximately one week.
I will also pin your project to my diy group board which has over 95,000 followers. If you do have a project that gets featured, feel free to grab a featured badge, from the sidebar, to place on your blog.
