Ernest Tubb Biographie[modifier | modifier le code] En 1936, il contacte la veuve de Jimmy Rodgers pour lui demander une photo avec autographe. Une amitié nait et elle permet à Tubb d'obtenir un enregistrement chez RCA. Ses deux premiers disques ne connaissent pas de succès. In 1950, Frizzell was invited to perform at the Grand Ole Opry; the following year he appeared on Louisiana Hayride in Shreveport, Louisiana, and then he and close friend "Cowboy" Ralph Spicer began touring with country music's biggest star of the era, Hank Williams.
