I get the call 5 minutes in, but ignore it in my pocket so as to not take a call during my drive. Yes, poor planning on their part, and yes, not really MY fault, but it sure would have made things easier and far less stressful for everyone to take the simple call and reroute myself right away. People just really need to be aware of what's going on, and not be afraid to put down the phone if they're in busy traffic or poor conditions and need more attention on the road.
