Los Centros Europeos de Empresas e Innovación (CEEIs) o European Community Business and Innovation Centres (EC BIC) son organismos de apoyo a las Pymes y a los empresarios innovadores, concebidos por la Dirección General XVI de Desarrollo Regional de la Unión Europea (Comisión Europea), quién promovió el desarrollo de estos Centros de soporte, y su funcionamiento en Red.
La Unión Europea desarrolló un modelo estándar de Centro, y concede la marca CEEI/BIC a aquellas entidades que siguen este modelo de funcionamiento. Su función es de interés público y están constituidos por los principales agentes económicos de una zona o una región para ofrecer servicios integrados de orientación y acompañamiento de proyectos de pequeñas y medianas empresas innovadoras y contribuir, de esta forma, al desarrollo regional y local. En Europa existen más de 150 CEEIS repartidos por todo el continente, y en España existen 26 CEEIs repartidos por todo el territorio.
