If you’ve driven along the West Side Highway lately, chances are you’ve seen the nearly-complete IAC Building, architect Frank Gehry ‘s first New York structure and $100 million home to Barry Diller ‘s IAC empire, a 10-story glassy outcropping between 18th and 19th streets . The project has architecture critics and Gehry heads — like Brad Pitt — all atwitter.
