After posting a picture on my Instagram about my recent knitting obsession, I had a couple of people ask me about knitting with the loom. There are tons of tutorials online to learn how to knit using sticks, but not as many using a knitting loom. Since I had a camera and was starting a new project, I figured I’d make my own tutorial if anyone else wanted to learn the easier way to knit.
First, here’s what you need: Here are the details of my yarn if you’re into that kind of thing. I don’t really bother with specifics. Did you know about this trick? Voi-la! Start out by making a slip knot with about five inches at the end. Let’s number our prongs. Now grab your string that’s attached to the ball of yarn and put it in between prongs 1 and 3. Wrap it counterclockwise around prong 2 and bring it down in between prongs 2 and 4. Push all the yarn loops on the pegs to the bottom. Pas à pas écharpe/snood au tricotin (ang) Rang raccourci au tricot. Tricoter en rond avec la technique du Magic Loop. Comment rabattre des côtes 1/1 et obtenir une jolie bordure élastique.
Tuto rabattre souplement les mailles (technique EZ).m4v. Crochet pour débutante ou je sais compter jusqu'à 7 - entre les mailles. J'ai appris quand j'étais chez les helvètes, non seulement à tricoter, à broder et à crocheter, c'était donc il y a fort longtemps... le crochet n'est pas mon grand ami car il faut sans arrêt regarder, compter, bref pas de répit... mais un jour (il y a 3 ans) il y eut un marché de la laine et de la soie non loin de chez moi, difficile d'y résister. A l'étalage il y avait de beaux châles aériens à souhait. Mais pour moi hors de question que j'en achète un déjà tricoté, j'aime trop le plaisir du devenir d'un ouvrage... J'ai donc craqué pour 5 petites pelotes de 12,5 g (petites pelotes donc...) d'un fabuleux mélange de mohair et de soie rose framboise et 15 jours plus tard (il y a 3 ans, je me répète) de comptage assidu de mailles chaînette mon étole s'est retrouvée autour de mon cou et les mittes ne l'ont toujours mangée!
Je vous donne même le tuto (de la mort qui tue), parce que c'est dimanche et que je n'ai rien à faire... abréviations : rg = rang. Tuto tricot: les augmentations. Faire des rayures sans couper le fil.
