100 Ways You Can Start Loving Yourself Right&160;Now ...

http://galadarling.com/article/100-ways-you-can-start-loving-yourself-right-now 14 February 2010, 15:08 Radical Self Love is a big topic.
So way way back, in June, I wrote this Studio Organization post, about starting the process of organizing my studio by cleaning out the closet full of junk. Well, it's September and...let's just say the closet is a work in progress. Some of the things that are taking up space in the closet are shirts that I never wear anymore. I realized I could repurpose them into something else! Here are some tutorials for recycling shirts: Check out these t-shirt scarves! http://www.julieannart.com/2011/09/tutorials-for-recycling-t-shirts.html

Julie Ann Art: Tutorials for Recycling T-Shirts

Bearing in mind that we should take a day at least 3 liters of fluid to us, a single human requires whole 730 1.5 liter bottles of water per year. The plastic bottles end up in the waste container and get melted under an enormous environmental impact, only to get very poor quality plastic. But with a little imagination you could tinker around 3,650 bracelets (5 pieces per bottle!) from this garbage. That would be so many bracelets that you could wear the next 10 years every day a new one! http://fashion.onblog.at/en/diy-advent-17-beautiful-recycling-bracelets-from-plastic-bottles

http://www.cutoutandkeep.net/projects/tshirt_shrug How romantic. My friend and I went to the arthall in Rotterdam and saw an exhibition called ICON DRESSED designed by Annette Meyer, each garment was made of paper and represented a decade of women clothing from the 1800's till now. I was amazed by a garment which looked exactly like the dress Keira Knightley wore in Pride & Prejudice, I went home got into a romantic state of mind, converted that into creativity and made this.

Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake Cupcakes & Annie's Eats

I’ve been over and over my deep, undying love for cheesecake, and also my reluctance to make a full size one because I will undoubtedly eat it all myself. Recently I’ve been experimenting with various ways to have cheesecake in individual, more portable portions that make it slightly easier to prevent the gobbling situation – mainly because it is so easy to give away and share with others. These raspberry cheesecake cupcakes were a natural choice for me, a lover of both cheesecake and cupcakes (and raspberries!)

Hair Tutorial: braided 'do

I know I said I would post this hair tutorial yesterday, but obviously I'm a no good liar because today is not yesterday, it's today. This hairstyle is basically the same thing as milkmaid braids, only modified to up the volume and lessen the big part in the back. Pigtails or regular milkmaid braids make me look like I'm balding, as I have a wicked scar in the back of my head. I would recommend doing this in a mirror and checking the back to make sure it's all neat and tidy as you go, because I did not and it's a little (or a lot) messy in the back. I redid it before heading out and it looked much better, so make sure you use a mirror!
