Media ignore Sheriff Joe’s evidence, shoot messenger. Text smaller Text bigger The lead investigator in Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s probe of Barack Obama’s eligibility for Arizona’s November presidential ballot is convinced he has “indisputable proof” the document presented by the White House as Obama’s birth certificate is fraudulent. But after presenting his latest evidence at a press conference in Phoenix Tuesday, the gathered media wanted to talk about him, not the evidence. “Obviously, the information we are bringing forth is becoming very difficult for them to refute,” Mike Zullo told WND in an interview after the event. “How do you expect any of us to believe any of this?” Unexpected turn in eligibility case: ‘Put it on record!’ Text smaller Text bigger The attorney in a publicized challenge to Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president told WND the Florida case took an unexpected turn in court yesterday, one he says “pulled the rug out” from Obama’s lawyers and should force a quick answer from the judge. Attorney Larry Klayman told WND he had expected an “uneventful” hearing in the ongoing case, which returned before Judge Terry Lewis yesterday, but instead found a legal tangle that he believes means Lewis will “have to make a decision, have to put it on record.” Klayman originally filed the challenge to Obama’s eligibility for the ballot on behalf of Michael Voeltz, who identifies himself as “a registered member of the Democratic Party, voter and taxpayer in Broward County.” A video recording of the hearing is available for viewing online at WND. “Lewis would have to reach a decision; he would have to put it on record,” Klayman said.

Text smaller Text bigger An intelligence source in Hawaii who warned early last year that a forged Obama birth record would be released now says that amid continued doubts about the authenticity of the document posted on the White House website, a forged “original” birth certificate intended to pass forensic inspection by using 1961 materials is being prepared and could be released as an “October surprise.” The source, who has contact with Hawaii government officials, was questioned by Mike Zullo, the head of Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse team.
Zullo recently returned from a trip to Hawaii to follow up on leads in the posse’s investigation of Obama’s eligibility for the 2012 election ballot in Arizona. Arpaio announced March 1 that his team found probable cause that the document posted by the White House April 27, 2011, is a forgery. “If they decide to try to produce a document, we’re going to be skeptical,” he said. Does anyone really know where Obama is from? CNN COMMITS FRAUD IN OBAMA “BIRTHGATE” ~ Pixel Patriot. Eligibility Cover-Up Widens Exclusive Investigative Report by Pixel Patriot June 2nd, 2012 The “BIRTHGATE” scandal is still unfolding after CNN committed an act of “Fraud” upon the American people on May 30th 2012 by writing, producing, editing and broadcasting a report with a microfiche copy of a long form birth certificate knowing it is not Barack Obama’s yet claiming it was.
Deceit or “Fraud” occurs when a person makes a factual misrepresentation, knowing that it is false (or having no belief in its truth and being reckless as to whether it is true) and intending it to be relied on by the recipient, and the recipient acts to his or her detriment in reliance on it. I will refer to this microfiche at the 1 minute 22 second point in the video used by CNN as (Exhibit A) for it is evidence of “Fraud” by claiming it belongs to the putative President of the United States Barack Hussein Obama when they knew that it did not.
Here is a screen shot of (Exhibit A) from the CNN report from the 30th: CNN ‘birther buster’ report ‘perpetrates fraud’ Text smaller Text bigger On the heels of Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse’s investigative trip to Hawaii, CNN pulled out old material – including microfilm misrepresented as Barack Obama’s birth certificate – to run a report called “Busting the Birther Conspiracy Theory.” In the segment, broadcast May 30, reporter Gary Tuchman declared his intention to refute conclusively the contention Obama’s birth certificate is fraudulent. Some careful observers, however, objected that the Tuchman report was a rebroadcast of material that CNN originally broadcast last year and possibly even earlier. Does anyone really know where Obama is from? Moreover, CNN showed a microfilm copy of a birth certificate as if it were Obama’s original 1961 record.
At approximately the 1:22 mark of the segment, CNN displayed a microfilm copy of what viewers were led to believe was Obama’s birth certificate. Exhibit 1: CNN portrayal of “Obama birth certificate” Old news “Where’s the Birth Certificate?
