Sándor Zsófival és Balogh Emesével alapkoncepciónk a következő volt: mivel a 4. emeleti másik tér formavilága a kocka és a négyzet, ennek a kuckónak legyen az alapformája a gömb és az íves formák – legyen más az új tér arculata! Színhasználat tekintetében a domináns padlóburkolat adott volt, a narancsszín pedig már a másik térben is bejött, így ház meleg színpaletta mellett döntöttünk: sütőtökszínnel, vörössel, bordóval, barnával.

TérKommandó – közösségi terek az iskolánkba – DESIGNPEDAGÓGIA. Szeptember óta dolgozunk a TérKommandó nevű szakkörrel, 7-12. osztályos tanulókkal egy izgalmas hosszútávú projekten: közösségi tereket szeretnénk az iskolánkba, olyanokat, amelyek közel vannak a termekhez, a 15 perces szünetekben is kihasználhatóak konzultációra, beszélgetésre, pihenésre, házimásolásra, evés-ivásra, vagy egy villám-sakkjátszmára.
Meggyőződésünk, hogy kisebb-nagyobb közös kuckók létrehozásával erősödni fog a közösség, végső soron jobb lesz nálunk tanulni vagy tanítani. Iskolánk hatalmas: alagsor + 4 emeletes, hosszú-hosszú folyosókkal, nagy belmagasságokkal. A kb. 15 éve zajlott átépítés-felújítás előtt voltak zsibongóink minden emeleten, de az optimális kihasználtság igénye miatt ezeket tantermekké és csoportszobákká alakították. Van egy aulánk büfével, de ez elég távol helyezkedik a termektől, ezért kihasználatlan. Tanév elején vágtunk bele a munkába.
