" At invitation by host ‘Prora All Inclusive’, DUS resided a month in the ruins of the former nazi-hotel ‘Prora’. As a way to shed of its dim past, DUS built a bakery inside the building, with materials that were found on site. In the bakery cookies were being produced, depicting the building scale 1:500. The cookies, packed in special boxes, were sold to tourists. One cookie-box consisted of 8 pieces showing the entire building (4 km long). Project, the Political Cooking School is a series of cooking performances in which I cook a meal with a guest and discuss a topic in front of an audience. I was freezing and sitting beside a frozen lake in Mooste, Estonia, wondering how the lake would look like during summer. I could imagine myself coming back to MoKS in August, when there would be an interesting camp, called AVAMAA 2012 . There I would be able to create my own open air kitchen for the planned village Moksville. I applied for AVAMAA and was invited to join. This is the story about planning, creating, building and the thoughts about what will happen on the 18th of August when the grand opening of Moksville will take place.
