Dans la famille des gâteaux mjuk , en voici un qui met tous les autres à l'amande. J'ai nommé le fullproppad chokladkaka, un gâteau suédois bien chargé en cacao , en épices , en f ruits secs et en fruits à coque qui croque sous la dent et qui met du baume au coeur... Enjoy ! A consommer avec modération quand même, au risque de se métamorphoser en hippopotame. Surtout si on est tenté de l'accompagner de vispgrädde (crème fouettée). Non, mon gâteau n'est pas trop cuit !
