Another miserable jobs report had restarted the debate about what, if anything, the Federal Reserve should do to help unemployed Americans find a job. Konczal, a Roosevelt Institute think tanker specializing in economics, wanted to write about it. But he knew he couldn’t do it the way the rest of the media had, a stultifying mix of acronyms and technical terms. “Even the people who wanted to learn about it could just not learn that way,” Konczal told me. The most important news is almost always the most arcane. He had an idea: You explain it with GIFs. GIFs, for the uninitiated, are animated image files that play from beginning to end, then snap back to the beginning and begin anew, ad infinitum.

En el sentido artístico también es un camino de mutaciones con resultados inesperados. Los glitch se dan en su mayoría a consecuencia de una mala comunicación o traducción errónea al transferir datos de un medio a otro. Se producen en las computadoras debido a los errores de software o hardware. Entonces, este tipo de arte es la estetización de esos los errores. Este tipo de arte tiene tantos defensores como detractores, ahora todos podremos hacer nuestras propias creaciones con imágenes, utilizando una fabulosa herramienta para crear hermosos errores. El programa de Ficher utiliza una interfaz sencilla que nos permite ajustar el tipo de parámetros y tamaño del error, los resultados aparecen en tiempo real.
