On Wednesday 11 January 2012, Michael Gove announced his plans to withdraw the statutory Programme of Study from September 2012. But, ICT will still remain a compulsory part of the curriculum, pending the National Curriculum Review. The question is - what do we replace it with? Why not use this as an opportunity to have a professional discussion about what we should and could be doing with ICT in our schools? I have started a public Google Doc to get some discussion going. I am hoping to use this site to pull together the views and expertise from Norfolk and beyond so that everyone is not trying to reinvent the wheel!
