Impro: Improvisation and the Theatre: Amazon.fr: Keith Johnstone: Livres anglais et étrangers. 7 Keith Johnstone theories that underlie his improv games/exercises & future ones! - The Applied Improvisation Network. Last August, Keith Johnstone came to SF. I decided to organize my thoughts about improv game design by trying to connect Johnstone's theories to specific games. In Johnstone's book "Impro for Storytellers" he lists seven theories that were the basis for almost all the games in that book.

I've listed those seven theories (#1-7) that Keith references on page 130 of the book. Underneath each numbered theory, I've listed the games/exercises/ideas that seem to be based on those theories. There are some additional quotes from other pages as well. “Creating an improvisation game from thin air is almost impossible (the best you can do is to adapt existing games). “Almost all the games in this book were created by one or more of the following ideas. " 1) "That improvisers defend themselves against imaginary dangers as if these dangers were real" That teaching students by having them “Blame Keith” helps to reduce this tension. The idea to “be average” and get rid of excess tension. Thèse. Improviser : 96 fiches techniques à l'usage des formateurs: Amazon.fr: Michèle Taïeb.
