This is a super-accurate clock That uses ping-pong balls as diffusers for LEDs, but with a little know-how you can turn this into a full marquee display. Assembling the case I first started by taping out the digits on a piece of pegboard, then clamped a straight edge along the cut lines and used a circular saw to trim it to size.
