Daniel Catt from Flickr maps 24 hours worth of geotagged photos (about 64,000 of them) on this animated 3-D globe (below). The project was implemented in Processing , which shouldn't come as much of a surprise to anyone, and we've seen this type of 3-D globe thing before . What's cool here is that all the data came from the Flickr API :

Lo que muestra este gráfico son las frecuencias de aparición de los números de la loto, en concreto todos los números de la Lotería Primitiva y la Bonoloto en España desde 1988 hasta 2006. Cada color representa una bola numerada, del 1 al 49. Las líneas van trazando la frecuencia de aparición de cada número de un año al siguiente, indicado cuando cruzan con los ejes. El centro se corresponde con una frecuencia del 4% y el anillo exterior del 20% (con saltos cada 1%). Todos los números tienden a agruparse en torno a un círculo que estaría exactamente en el valor 12,24% (6/49). Esa es la probabilidad de que un número cualquiera aparezca en la combinación ganadora de un sorteo.
