We have discovered that living with 2 dogs in a hotel room for weeks on end can get to you and make you go a bit crazy. Don’t get me wrong, The Standard Hotel in West Hollywood is as cool as they come, but when you jam all of your worldly possessions and two crazy dogs into the mix anyone can get a little stir crazy. The good news as many of you already know is that we got the house we wanted here in West Hollywood, and we move in on May 30th We are going to give you guys a full tour of our new digs just as soon as we unpack our suitcases.
We will also start using our dip station, pull up bar, sandbag, balance ball and skipping rope again as soon as we get into our new house. Today’s workout is perhaps the hardest routine that we have ever put together, and it is 100% bodyweight only. With everything that we have to do today, I didn’t have time for a full workout, but don’t worry because I put together this savage little 6 minute full body routine that will rock you out. I think that it is always better to do something than to skip your training completely, and this workout may come in a small package, but as you can see in the video, if you are pushing it at your max effort – full throttle – you won’t have anything left after 6 minutes. This is a perfect solution if you find yourself really busy and pressed for time – and you can also extend the torture by doing this 2 times back to back. As I said tho, the real test of your effort is that by the end of the 6 minutes you should be tapped out. Body Rock: 4 Minute Workout. The challenge for me was to try and beat my personal best with this one. For all of you new BodyRockers out there, keeping a little journal of your times, reps and scores is really important. When we are not doing a new workout here on the site we always go back to one of the older routines or challenges to see if we can improve against ourselves. If you are getting stronger, faster and fitter you will see the body composition changes happening as well – toning, tightening, fat loss etc.
